A very Bubbe weekend

This Friday my mom (Garrett's Bubbe) came to visit. We picked her up at the airport. Garrett helped with her luggage.

Saturday we went to the Ecotarium. Of course we had to ride the train.

 Sunday involved a trip to IKEA where Garrett wants to play in the toys.

We had dinner at the Hibachi/Teppanyaki Grill. Garrett loved it and wasn't scared at all.

Monday morning was lovely so we went out to the park.

 Then had lunch.

 We had a few hours to kill before Bubbe had to be back at the airport so we stopped at the mall for a train ride. Is anyone surprised?

Trains are fun

We dropped Bubbe off at the airport where Garrett said "bye bye bye" and then started to cry.  Now we're home, snuggling on the couch and watching a movie.
